Warranty Policy:
Allure Furniture stands behind the manufacturer's warranty for the lines we carry. The manufacturer's warranty begins when merchandise is received by Allure Furniture., so it is beneficial to accept furniture for pickup or delivery at your earliest convenience. OTHERWISE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. ALLURE FURNITURE. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Payment:
We accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, Wire Transfer, Money Orders, hand writing Checks have special requirements, merchandise can be released when the check is deposited, Zelle, and most major Credit Cards (Regular Price will apply plus 3% Convenience Fee). Cash/Check or Wire Transfer only for the first 4 orders on all new accounts. Minimum 30% Deposit is requiredto hold inventory.
Returned Check & Collection Fees:
All returned checks are subject to $50.00 returned check fees. In the event collection action becomes necessary, we shall be free to collect all costs and expenses associated with the same, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and expenses.
Returns:
Returns will not be authorized for special order items. Items purchased from stock can be returned in like new condition within 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse any return item for any reason. Items that have been damaged in home, damaged by the
customer in transit, or show signs of misuse, items that have stains, soiling, or that have been in contact with animals or smoke will be refused. All returned items must be pre-authorized before they are returned to the store. Restocking fees may apply on all returns
Customer Pickup:
If you choose to pick up your merchandise, Allure Furniture will need 24 hours advance notice to stage and inspect your order. It is in the customers best interest to bring proper equipment to secure items in your vehicle, or trailer. All items must be paid for
in the full amount before items are to be released to the customer. Any damage or defects are the responsibility of the customer after Allure Furniture releases the merchandise.
Special Orders:
All special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable. These items require a 50% non-refundable deposit, becausethese items are selected and ordered by your request. If for any reason a special order item is refused a 30% restocking fee will
apply. Special orders take approximately 8-16 weeks to ship from the factory overseas after the order is submitted to the factory. Production may take less or longer periods of time due to construction material availability. Allure Furniture does not warrant
the purchaser's contentment with his/her selection on items specially ordered, however we do uphold that the items will be delivered in a condition that meets the standards set by the manufacturer. Special ordered items that are not received by the customer within 6 months will be subject to additional storage fees of $10 per-item, per-month.
Shipping:
Allure Furniture offers its own shipping service to local consumers in Michigan states. In addition to surrounding areas such as Ohio, Indiana and Chicago. Shipping fees will apply with the order purchases based on mileages.
